Blues singer Estella »Mama« Yancey from Chicago, wife of the »Father of Boogie Woogie«, the late pianist Jimmy Yancey, was one of the last originals of the »house rent parties« and thus a living legend. Axel Zwingenberger recorded with her in Chicago in 1982 and 1983. Tunes:
